Feeling out of shape, weak, tired and slightly sick I've decided to take it easy the few days left before my race. I skipped the usual 11,5 km run from work to the daycare, instead I ran a slow 6 km run in the evening. It's starting to get colder and darker at night but that's not an excuse to skip my training, a new hat, gloves and warmer running clothes are just waiting to be worn out...
