At work we are surrounded by chaos. They're rebuilding the whole hospital area which means that dynamite is blowing up the ground, our view is a big hole with a lot of mud and the patients are often confused, upset and late because the usual roads around the hospital are blocked. But in the middle of chaos we have a little park, a place with a lot of oxygen and greenery where you can inhale deep, think and charge your batteries...
Aha, so you work at Karolinska? Det gjorde jag också fram till i maj. Med att utbilda chefer i kommunikativt ledarskap, och med värderingsfrågor bl a. Kan du värderingarna? Ansvar, medmänsklighet och helhetssyn... Vad gör du på sjukhuset?
ReplyDeleteAha! Det var där du jobbade förrut... Det låter som en riktig utmaning, att utbilda chefer i kommunikativt ledarskap?! Jag jobbar som biomedicinsk analytiker på Thorax. 50% kliniskt och 50% forskning... Än så länge har det bara blivit kliniskt men det gör mig inte så mycket, behöver friska upp minnet och jobbet efter 3 års föräldraledighet...
