I started and ended January 2014 with a cold which wasn't planned nor fun just bloody frustrating... At least I got a few nice work-outs in beautiful New Orleans wearing nothing but short pants and a top:

My running during this cold, grey and a bit sick January ended on 104,0 km. I also squeezed in 5 strength training with focus on my core and legs. In comparison to January 2013 when I ran 50,1 km I managed to run more than twice as long this year so I'm quite content. Good girl!
